Low Voltage Motor Protection
The SMP20 series intelligent motor protector adopts the latest microcontroller technology, featuring strong anti-interference capability, stable and reliable operation, digitalization, intelligence, and networking. The protector can safeguard against various conditions during motor operation such as start timeout, overload, stall/blockage, phase loss, imbalance, underload, grounding/leakage, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, overpower, underpower, temperature, and external faults. It is equipped with SOE fault event recording function to facilitate on-site maintenance personnel in identifying fault causes. Through a Chinese LCD display, status indicator lights, and other means, the motor's operating status is clearly and intuitively displayed. It is suitable for fields such as coal mining, petrochemical, smelting, power, shipping, and civil construction. This protector features an RS485 remote communication interface and DC4~20mA analog output, making it convenient to form network systems with PLCs, PCs, and other control devices to achieve remote monitoring of motor operation.
