SPR66 Arc Light Protection System

SPR 66 adopts a PC-style modular structure, providing various options such as I/O boards, communication boards, and arc flash boards while ensuring the standard configuration for arc flash protection. It can continuously inspect all devices within the system, ensuring that the I/O units and point sensor hardware are functioning properly and are correctly connected to the system. The arc flash sensor uses a specially designed photoresistor that is insensitive to everyday light, effectively avoiding interference from light sources other than arc flash. Arc flash protection is a new type of protective device that detects fault arc flashes and quickly cuts off the power at the fault point to prevent severe damage to electrical equipment itself. It is a reasonable supplement to traditional microcomputer protection, capable of effectively protecting fault conditions and dead zones that traditional microcomputer protection cannot cover.

    Main Unit SPR 60ARC

    1) Brand-new protection concept: Electrical equipment faults are accompanied by arc light phenomena, which are the energy source causing severe damage to electrical equipment. Minimizing the duration of arc light essentially prevents damage to electrical equipment.

    2) Continuous system self-check: The SPR 66 main unit can continuously inspect all devices within the system to ensure the I/O units and point sensor hardware are functioning properly and connected to the system normally.

    3) Modular structure: The main unit adopts a PC-style modular structure, providing various options such as I/O boards, communication boards, and arc light boards while ensuring the standard configuration for arc light protection.

    4) Cost-effective system solution: The main unit and expansion units can form a comprehensive arc light protection system or be used independently to configure an economical arc light protection system.

    5) Flexible expansion and upgrade: The distributed structure of the arc light protection system allows adding main unit boards, I/O units, and sensors at any time, with flexible system protection logic settings to meet actual site requirements.
