Function Notes:
Dynamic Simulation Diagram:
Based on the user's primary system diagram and voltage level (35KV in yellow, 10KV in dark red, 6KV in blue), a mask is created. The break points (such as circuit breakers, truck positions, grounding switches, energy storage, etc.) are represented by dynamic indication modules, forming real-time dynamic indication to provide operators with more intuitive, richer, and more accurate status information. The indications include:
■ Circuit Breaker Open Indication ■ Circuit Breaker Close Indication ■ Truck Working Position Indication
■ Truck Test Position Indication ■ Energy Storage Indication ■ Grounding Indication
Anti-misoperation Voice Prompt:
■ When the circuit breaker is not in the working or test position, the working and test position indicator lights flash simultaneously. If the circuit breaker is in the closed state at this time (red vertical simulation bar lit), a voice prompt "Please open the circuit breaker" will sound until the operator performs the open operation. This prevents the operator from forcibly pushing the truck to the working position when the circuit breaker is closed.
■ When the circuit breaker is not in the working or test position (working and test position indicator lights flash simultaneously) or is in the working position (working position indicator light lit), if the grounding switch is mistakenly forced closed causing the grounding closed indicator light to turn on, a voice prompt "Please open the grounding switch" will sound.
■ When the above two misoperations occur simultaneously, a voice prompt "Please open the circuit breaker, please open the grounding switch" will sound.
Live Display and Interlock:
■ Live Display LED Ignition Voltage (KV): Rated Phase Voltage × (0.15~0.65)
■ Forced Interlock Activation Voltage (KV): Below Rated Phase Voltage × 0.65
■ When any one of the three phases is live, the relay in the interlock control part is disconnected, prohibiting the electromagnetic lock from operating; when all three phases are not live simultaneously, the interlock release light turns on, the relay closes, allowing the electromagnetic lock to operate.
Note: Forced interlock control power supply: AC or DC 220V, which can protect the reliable operation of the interlock part. If the control power supply disappears during operation, the interlock contacts will not malfunction, and the locked equipment will still be reliably locked.
Temperature and Humidity Digital Display and Control:
Can support 1 to 2 temperature and humidity sensors and output contacts, can display the on-site temperature and humidity values, and users can set the upper and lower limits of heating/dehumidification output as needed. When the ambient temperature is ≥40℃, heating is unconditionally stopped to prevent overheating damage.
Operation Functions/Operation Switches:
■ Remote/Local Operation ■ Open/Close Operation ■ Energy Storage Operation ■ Lighting Operation
Power Parameter Measurement:
Input secondary side voltage and current of the transformer, can measure and display the three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and other parameters of the primary power network, and measure active and reactive energy (reactive energy accuracy is level 1, others are 0.5 level).
Real-time temperature measurement function at circuit breaker contacts, cable lap joints, etc.:
Wireless transmission temperature sensors precisely measure the real-time temperature of various live contacts in high-voltage switchgear. Temperature data is sent to the SSOC33 device via wireless network technology, enabling safe and reliable real-time online monitoring of the main busbar, withdrawable contacts, cable lap joints, and other high-voltage live contacts in the switchgear. When a contact overheats abnormally due to poor contact or excessive current (detected contact temperature ≥ set alarm temperature), the SSOC33 device issues a light alarm to alert maintenance personnel to promptly troubleshoot, effectively preventing electrical fires caused by overheating and large-scale power outages.
Types and sizes of wireless temperature sensors:
RS485 Communication:
Digital communication uses RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol. Through the RS485 interface, multiple switchgear intelligent operation display devices can be networked for communication.
Event recording function:
Can record 640 alarm messages or other events for user inquiry.
Human body sensing probe:
When someone stands in front of the cabinet, the device automatically activates the LCD backlight and provides voice prompts when powered on; it automatically stops after the operator leaves.
High-voltage live self-test function:
The high-voltage live self-test button is a self-reset button (non-locking). When the main unit is powered but the three phases are not, pressing the self-test switch lights up the three-phase high-voltage indicator lights powered by the internal power supply. The unlocked state switches to a locked state (unlock light off), and the electromagnetic lock output relay is disconnected.
Voltage detection/phase sequence detection port:
The control device provides a set of (3-phase) external voltage detection/phase sequence detection ports, which must be used with a voltage detector/phase sequence tester (purchased separately). When the voltage detector/phase sequence tester is inserted into a phase sequence port and ground port of the voltage detection terminal, a display indicates the tested phase sequence is live; when inserted into the same phase sequence port of two control devices' voltage detection/phase sequence ports, no display indicates the phase sequences are the same.
