    Function Notes

    Dynamic Simulation Diagram:

Based on the user's primary system diagram and voltage level (35KV in yellow, 10KV in dark red, 6KV in blue), a mask is created. The break points (such as circuit breakers, truck positions, grounding switches, energy storage, etc.) are represented by dynamic indication modules, forming real-time dynamic indications to provide operators with more intuitive, richer, and more accurate status information. The indications include:

    ■ Circuit Breaker Open Indication              ■ Circuit Breaker Close Indication       ■ Truck Working Position Indication

    ■ Truck Test Position Indication                       ■ Energy Storage Indication             ■ Grounding Indication

    Live Display and Interlock:

    ■ Live Display LED Ignition Voltage (KV): Rated Phase Voltage × (0.15~0.65)

    ■ Forced Interlock Activation Voltage (KV): Below Rated Phase Voltage × 0.65

    ■ When any one of the three phases is live, the relay in the interlock control part is disconnected, prohibiting the electromagnetic lock from operating; when all three phases are not live simultaneously, the interlock release light turns on, the relay closes, allowing the electromagnetic lock to operate.

Note: Forced interlock control power supply: AC or DC 220V, which can protect the reliable operation of the interlock part. If the control power supply disappears during operation, the interlock contacts will not malfunction, and the locked equipment remains reliably locked.

Temperature and Humidity Digital Display and Control:

Can support 1 to 2 temperature and humidity sensors and output contacts, displaying the on-site temperature and humidity values. Users can set the upper and lower limits for heating/dehumidification output as needed. When the ambient temperature is ≥40℃, heating is unconditionally stopped to prevent overheating damage.

    High Voltage Live Self-Check Function:

The high voltage live self-check button is a self-reset button (no lock). When the main unit is live but the three phases are not live, pressing the self-check switch lights up the three-phase high voltage indicator lamps powered by the internal power supply. The unlocked state switches to the locked state (unlock light off), and the electromagnetic interlock output relay is disconnected.

    Voltage Detection/Phase Verification Port:

The control device provides a set (3 phases) of external voltage detection/phase verification ports, which need to be used with a voltage detector/phase verifier (purchased separately). When the voltage detector/phase verifier is inserted into a certain phase sequence port and grounding port of the voltage detection terminal, if the detector shows a display, it indicates the tested phase sequence is live; when the detector is inserted into the same phase sequence port of two control devices' voltage detection/phase verification ports, if there is no display, it indicates the phase sequences are the same.
